Runner Gifts

All registrants will receive a WVR long-sleeve tech shirt (unisex sizes). All finishers will receive a medal and surprise gift (stay tuned!).

Age Groups

Age group awards will be three deep, male and female.

Team Challenge

Participants may create teams when registering. Scoring teams require a minimum of three runners but have no limit on how many members participate. The three fastest team members will be considered the "scorers.” Their times will be added together, and the lowest aggregate combined times will determine placement.

Elite Athletes

Runners who can document a performance from the past 12 months (2023-2024) better than or equal to the times below may submit a request for an elite complimentary entry into the 2024 Wyoming Valley Run. Please send your request with documented results to thewyomingvalleyrun@gmail.com with the subject line “Elite/Complimentary Entry Request.”
